Doomsdaynews.com have partnered with the Vivos Group to offer our members a discount on your very own High-End private shelter:
Quantum is the ultimate shelter value, in overall structural strength, security and comfort for a private family or group. Once completed, you will have a fully finished and outfitted, complete with all equipment, appliances, fixtures and furnishings, and a subfloor storage area stocked for a minimum of one year of fully autonomous survival for the designed number of inhabitants. No other shelter manufacturer provides the complete furnishings, quality of materials and finishes that are essential to long-term shelterization and comfort, both physically and psychologically.

The revolutionary concrete and steel Quantum shelters can be linked and expanded to accommodate virtually any size group from 4 to 8, 12, 16, 24…or even hundreds of people, by linking multiple modules together into a scalable shelter complex.

Overall, there is no better private underground shelter than a Quantum, for structural strength, seismic integrity, the built-in life-support systems, safety devices, standard fixtures, equipment, furnishings, overall installed cost, and the long-term comfort and psychological survivability of the shelterists. Beware of the low cost, effectively “storm shelter” solutions and any utilization of a basic shipping container or large diameter, galvanized steel underground pipes. Your life and survival may very well depend on the choice you make!

Land
If you do not already own a property to install your Vivos shelter on, then you will want to secure an ideal property. Our in-house real estate department can help locate and analyze the best properties available in your area.
Installation Requires
You will be responsible for the onsite installation costs of the shelter, including:

  • Excavation and backfill
  • Concrete work
  • Provision and hookups from a deep water well, exterior underground fuel storage tank and a septic system
  • Onsite installation labor, supervision and equipment rental
Installation Cost
The installation costs will vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Elevation
  • Access to the site
  • Soil conditions
  • Ability to redistribute the excavated material on the property
  • An existing well
  • An existing septic system
  • The amount of labor you and your team may perform yourself
  • Weather conditions
Installation will typically require about 1 week, once excavation is completed. Hardened sub-surfaces of rock, sandstone or other solid materials will require more excavation equipment and time, consequently increasing the cost of installation.
Recommended Buyer Provisions
  • An external 1,000 gallon underground diesel fuel storage tank and fuel
  • A deep water well capable of producing a minimum of 3 gallons per minute
  • A septic system, with a downslope overflow runoff area if overloaded during shelterization period
Financing
Once installed each Quantum shelter becomes your personal property and cannot be secured by a financing. It can therefore not be financed by Vivos or any collaterized method. Most buyers use existing available credits from either a home line of credit, credit cards, funds from retirement accounts, or new financing on their home or other properties.
